Our Series 290 is a round Red Sable Hair watercolor brush. Natural Red Sable hair is among the best hairs that can be used for brush making. It has some wonderful characteristics which allow this brush to carry a good amount of color and which gives it a nice point that will always snap back into shape.
Brush makers also use a seamless nickel ferrule and a short black-lacquered Birchwood handle in triangular form. Handmade in Germany
